President Muhammadu Buhari leaves the country for medical check up in London for the second time in 2017.
The President leaves Sunday after meeting the recently released 82 Chibok girls. It has been observed lately that He is not hale despite that the President's health status is not declared. This prompted some people to asked for his resignation while others advised him to go for check up.
President Muhammadu Buhari who departed Nigeria for London Sunday night for follow-up medical consultation with his doctors has said that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo will take charge in his absence and that Government will continue to function smoothly and efficiently.
Buhari made this known on his Twitter handle @MBuhari.
